Humaneti provides a modular ERP platform for Cambodia that connects HRMS, payroll, finance, inventory, attendance, leave, purchase requests, expense claims, assets, projects, approvals, and audit trails on one workflow system.

Humaneti has four plans, billed monthly or annually, where annual billing is roughly two months free. Starter costs $2 per active employee per month with no platform fee and covers people records, attendance, leave, and announcements. Shop is a flat $29 per month for up to 5 users and covers the POS till, inventory, and counter sales, with no HR or payroll. SME is a $49 monthly platform fee plus $5 per active employee, and adds payroll, everyday accounting, procurement, CRM, and sales. Enterprise is custom-quoted and unlocks NGO fund and grant accounting plus full project management. Starter, Shop, and SME include a 14-day free trial.

Humaneti calculates Tax on Salary and NSSF inside the payroll run itself. Tax on Salary applies the GDT progressive monthly brackets in riel — 0% up to 1,500,000៛, 5% to 2,000,000៛, 10% to 8,500,000៛, 15% to 12,500,000៛, and 20% above that — after dependant relief of 150,000៛ per spouse and per child; non-residents are taxed at a flat 20%. USD salaries are converted to riel at the exchange rate for the payment date. NSSF is applied to wages capped at the 1,200,000៛ monthly ceiling: 2% employee pension, plus 2% pension, 2.6% health care, and 0.8% occupational risk on the employer side. Brackets, relief amounts, and NSSF rates are stored per company and are editable, so you update them when a new Prakas changes them. Each run then exports Form TOS 01 for resident and non-resident employees, the monthly NSSF member contribution list, and the fringe-benefit tax schedule as spreadsheets for the GDT E-Filing portal and NSSF Online.

Yes. The Humaneti POS prices in USD and settles in USD, KHR, or both on the same sale. One transaction can be split across several tenders — cash, KHQR, card, and loyalty points — each carrying its own USD and KHR amount, and the till refuses the sale if the tenders together do not cover the basket. Conversion uses the rate the shop posts at its own counter, typically 4,000, 4,100, or 4,200៛ to the dollar, and falls back to the latest NBC daily USD to KHR rate when no counter rate is set; it is not a live market rate, because a shop charges what its own sign says. Because US coins do not circulate in Cambodia, change below one dollar is returned in riel and rounded to a multiple of 100៛. Cashier shifts open with a mixed USD and KHR float, and on close the expected cash in the drawer is calculated separately for each currency, so variance is reported in dollars and riel.

Humaneti tracks donor money on its Enterprise plan, which adds fund accounting, donors, grant agreements, and full project and programme management on top of everything in SME. Grant agreements carry budget lines, and operational documents post against them: a purchase request links to a grant agreement and is checked against its active period and eligibility rules before approval, an expense claim can be split across several projects, payroll picks up each employee's default project, and journal lines, vendor bills, customer invoices, and cash vouchers all carry the grant reference. Donor restriction rules and allocation rules govern what a grant may be charged for. Every approval is timestamped and attributable, so a donor audit can trace a payment back to the request, the quotation, the approver, and the grant budget line.

Humaneti runs clinic counter billing, medicine and consumable stock, rotating staff rosters, and payroll on one record. A sale at the counter deducts the medicine from stock immediately, and shift hours flow into payroll — so billing, stock, and salaries reconcile without three separate books.

Every Humaneti company is a separate tenant: records are scoped to a company ID at the query level, so one company cannot read another's data even through a shared screen. Permissions are granted per module and per action, and every create, edit, and approval is written to an append-only audit log with the actor and the timestamp.

During onboarding, Humaneti confirms your data hosting scope, ownership, and access policy. Tenant company scope isolation, role-based permissions, and audit history are enforced in the system. We also align backup, retention/deletion, and export/handover terms in the service agreement so your team knows exactly how data is protected and managed.
