- Can Humaneti stop spending a donor would not allow?
- Yes, for the rules that can be checked. When an expense is charged to a grant, it must map to one of the donor's approved budget categories, and the grant's total spend may not pass the donor's cap; a posting that breaks either is refused. A purchase linked to a grant is also refused outside the grant's active period.
- Can we manage sub-grants to partner organizations?
- Yes. A sub-grant is released in tranches, and each partner must liquidate what they were already given before the next tranche is paid, so no partner holds funds nobody has accounted for. Every disbursement and liquidation stays on the record for the donor audit.
