Point of Sale (POS)

A counter till built for riel and dollar side by side

Cambodian counters take dollars and give change in riel all day. The till handles both currencies on one sale, prints the receipt, and moves the stock — without a second system to reconcile at closing.

Frequently asked

Does the POS handle USD and KHR on the same sale?
Yes. A customer can pay part in dollars and part in riel on one ticket, and change is calculated at the maintained exchange rate. Both the tendered amounts and the rate used are stored on the sale for reconciliation.
Which plan includes POS?
POS is included in the Shop plan and above, so it is available on Shop, SME, and Enterprise. Shop is a flat monthly price with no per-employee charge.
Does POS work if the internet drops at the counter?
Humaneti POS is a cloud till, so a live connection is expected during trading. Sales in progress are held locally and posted when the connection returns; confirm the exact behaviour for your shop during implementation.
How does POS differ from the Sales module?
POS is the counter till: scan, take cash, print, and close the shift. Sales covers document-driven selling — quotation, sale order, delivery note, and invoice on credit terms. Shops that do both can run them against the same items and customers.
Which plan includes Point of Sale (POS)?
Shop and above
How is this module implemented?
Humaneti confirms scope, data ownership, roles, workflow rules, migration inputs, acceptance criteria, and go-live support during implementation. The exact sequence depends on the modules and controls selected.
