Humaneti Assets: fixed asset management software for Cambodia
Humaneti Assets tracks each asset from purchase to disposal: barcode labels, who holds it and where, transfers with handover sign-off, maintenance and its cost, and depreciation. Book depreciation and the GDT tax depreciation ledger are kept apart, asset counts are walked with a barcode scanner, and disposals follow the GDT notice rules.

Frequently asked
- Can we track where each asset is and who holds it?
- Yes. Each asset is assigned to an employee, branch, and location, the holder acknowledges it, and every transfer and handover stays in the asset history.
- Does Humaneti handle asset disposal?
- Yes. A disposal is approved and recorded against the asset. Destroying an asset with a book value of KHR 200,000 or more needs the GDT notified at least 10 working days before, so the notice and the destruction record are kept with the disposal; without them the GDT can treat the asset as sold at market value.
- Does Humaneti calculate tax depreciation for the GDT?
- Yes. Tax depreciation is kept in its own ledger, apart from book depreciation, and worked out one tax year at a time under the Law on Taxation: it starts for a full year in the year an asset goes into service, and none is claimed in the year it is disposed of. Each tax year can be locked once it is filed.
- Can we count our assets by scanning barcodes?
- Yes. Plan a count for a branch, category, location, or department, then walk it scanning each asset's barcode and marking it found, missing, damaged, or in the wrong place. The count's summary is built from its items, so it always matches the list.
- Which plan includes Assets?
- Humaneti Assets is included in the SME and Enterprise plans. SME is a $49 monthly platform fee plus $5 per active employee per month, or $490 a year plus $50 per employee on annual billing. It includes a 14-day free trial.
- How is this module implemented?
- Humaneti confirms scope, data ownership, roles, workflow rules, migration inputs, acceptance criteria, and go-live support during implementation. The exact sequence depends on the modules and controls selected.
