IMPLEMENTATION

A controlled path from current process to live Humaneti workflows

Implementation is a joint operating project. Scope, data, roles, workflows, acceptance, and support are made explicit before go-live.

Four delivery phases with clear ownership

Durations are planning ranges, not guarantees. Final timing is confirmed after discovery.

01

Discovery and control design

Usually 1 week

Agreed scope, owners, workflows, data sources, risks, and acceptance criteria.

Humaneti owns

  • Process and pain-point workshops
  • Module, role, and approval blueprint

Customer owns

  • Executive sponsor and process owners
  • Current policies, forms, reports, and sample data
02

Configuration and migration

Usually 1–3 weeks

Configured tenant, clean master data, roles, workflows, and tested imports.

Humaneti owns

  • Tenant, module, workflow, and permission setup
  • Import templates, validation, and reconciliation support

Customer owns

  • Data cleansing and source approval
  • Policy and approver confirmation
03

Acceptance and enablement

Usually 1 week

Signed acceptance evidence, trained administrators, and ready end users.

Humaneti owns

  • Scenario-based UAT and issue resolution
  • Administrator and end-user training

Customer owns

  • Named UAT participants and sign-off owner
  • Time for training and pilot execution
04

Go-live and operational support

Phased and ongoing

Controlled launch, monitored adoption, resolved exceptions, and an agreed support path.

Humaneti owns

  • Cutover support and adoption monitoring
  • Issue triage, stabilization, and improvement backlog

Customer owns

  • Internal support owner and escalation path
  • Adoption communication and policy enforcement

Implementation readiness checklist

Projects move faster when these owner inputs are ready before configuration begins.

  • Executive sponsor and named process owners
  • Approved organization, employee, supplier, account, inventory, or project master data
  • Written approval policies, thresholds, roles, and exceptions
  • UAT scenarios and measurable go-live acceptance criteria
